Welcome home
Beautiful salt-water heated pool in a fenced-in yard — you'll love the privacy the Lighthouse offers. The house is just a two-minute walk to the beach with no busy roads to cross. It's fully furnished: all you need to pack is your bathing suit and toothbrush. We supply hairdryers, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, and free Wi-Fi.
It's beautifully decorated and kept spotlessly clean. There's a TV in the living room and in every bedroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a sliding door leading out to the private screened lanai and back yard.
New Smyrna Beach has wonderful restaurants, shopping, art galleries, parks, fishing, golfing — and of course the greatest beach around. There's a park two blocks away with tennis, pickleball and basketball, and the shops on Flagler Avenue are an easy walk. Spend the day at the Orlando attractions and come back to the beach to unwind; our central location makes getting around a breeze.

The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms — a king bed in the master and a queen in each of the two guest bedrooms.
$2,500 per week for up to 6 guests. Add a $175 cleaning fee, a $300 refundable deposit, a $150-per-week pet fee if you bring a pet, and 12.5% Florida sales tax.
Yes — a private salt-water heated pool inside a screened lanai, in a fenced back yard. The master bedroom opens to the lanai through a sliding door.

The house is never listed on Craigslist.
Daytona Beach and the Speedway are 20 minutes away, Orlando's theme parks about an hour, Kennedy Space Center under an hour, and St. Augustine about an hour.
